- Orders for our services/products can be canceled within
24 hours of purchase , provided that the service has not been activated. - Once the service has started or the digital product has been delivered, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
- The service was not provided due to a technical error on our part.
- The payment was deducted, but the service was not activated.
- Duplicate transactions due to a system error (valid proof of double charge is required).
- Any refund request must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Custom development services, once initiated.
- Subscription fees for services that have already been utilized.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
